Rip OFF

This DOES NOT do what it advertises. It shows it has never rained here. In fact, it doesnt even know your location. All it does is let you make up your own numbers & punch them in. I can say it rained here 71" today, scroll to another date, enter that, then it will show a chart of whatever youve entered.
RIP OFF. A lie.
